Classical Conversations Yearbook FAQs, Remember Me Yearbooks

Remember Me partners with Classical Conversations communities across the country to help homeschool families and co-op leaders put together a yearbook worth keeping. Here's what Classical Conversations directors, tutors, and parents ask us most. Don't see your question? Reach out to our team and we'll get you a personalized answer.

Do you work specifically with Classical Conversations communities, or is this a generic homeschool product? We partner directly with Classical Conversations communities. That means exclusive pre-made content, professionally designed themes, and artwork built specifically to celebrate a Classical Conversations year, not a one-size-fits-all homeschool template.

Who typically puts this together, a single family or the whole community? Usually the community. A Classical Conversations director or a small group of parent volunteers leads the project and pulls together photos and pages from across the co-op, though a single family documenting their own year is just as welcome.

Turnaround time? Books arrive in 15 days or less once your order is submitted, and there's no forced deadline pushing you along beforehand. Your community sets its own delivery date and builds the book at its own pace.

Do we have to commit to a minimum number of copies? No minimum, ever. Some communities order enough for every family, others just need a handful for the leadership team, and pricing is based on binding style and page count rather than headcount.

What determines the price? Binding style and page count, the same two factors for every project. Since every Classical Conversations community's book looks different, we skip flat pricing and build a free, no-commitment quote around yours.

Is shipping free for larger community orders? Yes, orders of 75 or more yearbooks through Creator Studio Lite ship free, worth knowing if your community is ordering on behalf of several families at once.

Do we need to pay a deposit before production starts? Not if you pay in full by credit card at checkout. If you'd rather be invoiced, we ask for 50% of the estimated production cost up front, requested a few weeks before your delivery date, with the balance due 20 days after your final invoice.

Can our community pay by purchase order? Verified organizations can, once we've confirmed your account information and completed a credit check. From there your project is set up for P.O. acceptance and net-20 invoicing on the remaining balance.

What if the project falls through before we finish? No charge at all, as long as it hasn't been submitted as an order. If an order is placed and later canceled, you'd only owe for the production work already completed.

Any deadlines during the school year? None that we impose. The only date that matters is the delivery date your community picks for itself, so your director and volunteers can keep building at whatever pace fits your Classical Conversations calendar.

What software do we design in, and does someone need experience? Creator Studio Lite, our free, cloud-based platform. No downloads, no Flash, no design background required, it runs right in a browser on a PC, laptop, or tablet, so a director or parent volunteer with zero design experience can still put together a polished book.

Can we design in Canva instead? Yes, Remember Me works with Canva if your team already prefers it over switching platforms.

Can multiple parents or co-op leaders work on it together? Yes, and simultaneously. Creator Studio Lite is cloud-based, so your project leader can add authorized users, meaning several families' contributions can come together in one shared project instead of one person doing it all.

Can we add or remove pages once we've started? Yes. Your project leader has the authority to adjust the page count at any point, and pricing shifts to match.

Is there a cap on how many photos we can upload? No hard limit. With a full community contributing photos throughout the year, we do recommend narrowing down your favorites before uploading, since that saves a lot of sorting time later.

What kinds of moments fit well in a Classical Conversations yearbook? In-home classroom activities, hands-on experiments, and creative projects that reflect the Classical Conversations approach to learning all work beautifully, alongside the community side of things: playtime, group activities, and the friendships that come from a close-knit co-op. Many communities also add heartfelt messages from parents, tutors, and classmates as students move on to their next stage of learning.

What kind of support can we count on while building the yearbook? A team member reaches out within one business day of your account request (or call us directly for a faster answer), and we provide a no-commitment quote to lock in your community's pricing. From there our team stays involved through setup, design questions, and getting the project proofed and ready for print, all of it printed in-house at our own facilities.

We're currently using another yearbook company for our community. Can Remember Me help us switch? Yes, our team will walk your community through the transition, from account setup through your first delivery, so it doesn't disrupt whatever your Classical Conversations group already has going.
