Is this just for school teams, or can local sports clubs use it too? Both. Remember Me works for school athletics programs reliving a championship season just as well as it works for local leagues and clubs looking to celebrate a year of teamwork.

How quickly will our sports yearbook be ready? Fifteen days or less once your order is submitted. There's no fixed deadline forcing your hand along the way either, so your team can build the book around the actual season, not around our schedule.

Do we need to commit to a minimum number of copies? Not at all. Whether you're printing for one team or an entire athletics department, there's no minimum order requirement, and your price is based on binding style and page count rather than quantity.

Can we order more copies after the season if interest picks up? You can. Since there's never a minimum to begin with, reordering later, even for a single extra copy, is no problem.

What goes into the price of a sports yearbook? Mainly two things: the binding style you pick and how many pages you need. Every team or league's book looks different, so instead of flat pricing, we build a free custom quote around your specific project.

Do larger orders ship for free? They do. Orders of 75 or more yearbooks placed through Creator Studio Lite qualify for free shipping.

Is a deposit required before we start production? Only if you're being invoiced. Paying in full by credit card at checkout means no deposit at all. If you choose invoicing instead, we ask for 50% of the estimated production cost up front, requested a few weeks before your delivery date, with the balance due 20 days after your final invoice.

Can schools or leagues pay by purchase order? Verified schools and organizations can, once we've confirmed your account details and completed a credit check. From there your project moves to P.O. acceptance with net-20 invoicing on the remaining balance.

What if the project doesn't get finished? If it's never submitted as an order, there's no charge at all. Should you place an order and later cancel, you'd only owe for the production work already completed.

Do we have to hit a deadline partway through the season? No forced deadlines here. The only date that matters is the one you set for your own delivery, so your coaches or club leaders can keep building the book as the season unfolds.

What software do we design the yearbook in, and does someone need design experience? Creator Studio Lite is the platform, and it's built to need neither downloads nor prior design skills. It runs right in a browser on a PC, laptop, or tablet, so a coach, parent volunteer, or athletic department staffer can all pick it up quickly.

Can we design in Canva instead? You can. Remember Me works with Canva, so if your team already uses it, there's no need to learn a new platform.

Can multiple coaches or team parents work on the same project? Yes, and at the same time. Creator Studio Lite is cloud-based, so your project leader can add authorized users who each work on different pages from their own devices, useful when you're covering multiple teams or sports in one book.

Is it possible to add or cut pages once we've started? Yes. Your project leader can add or delete pages at any point, and the price adjusts to reflect the change.

How many action shots and team photos can we upload? There's no cap. We do recommend narrowing your selections before uploading, since a big season generates a lot of photos, and trimming down first saves time sorting through everything online.

Can the yearbook really capture the feel of a season, not just the roster? That's the idea. How much support can we expect while putting this together? A fair amount.
