How fast can we expect our private school yearbook to arrive? Fifteen days or less from the moment your order is submitted, that's our standard turnaround. And because you're never locked into a fixed deadline, your staff can build the book at a pace that fits your school's calendar rather than ours.

Do we need to order a certain number of copies? There's no minimum requirement to worry about. Some private schools order a small run for a graduating class, others order for the entire student body, and your price is shaped by binding style and page count rather than quantity.

What if we want to order more books after the fact? That's easy to do. Since there's no minimum in the first place, you're free to place a second order down the road, even if it's for just one additional copy.

What determines the price of a private school yearbook? Two main factors: the binding style you select and the number of pages your book includes. Because every private school's vision is different, we skip the flat pricing and instead put together a free, custom quote for your project.

Is shipping free if we order in bulk? For orders of 75 or more yearbooks placed through Creator Studio Lite, yes, shipping is included at no extra cost.

Will we owe a deposit before production begins? Only if you choose to be invoiced rather than pay by credit card. Credit card payment in full at checkout means no deposit at all. Invoiced orders require 50% of the estimated production cost up front, requested a few weeks ahead of your delivery date, with the remaining balance due 20 days after your final invoice.

Can we pay by purchase order? Verified schools and organizations can, once your account information has been confirmed and a credit check completed. From there, your project is set up for P.O. acceptance and net-20 invoicing on the balance.

What happens if we cancel before finishing our project? Nothing, as long as the project was never submitted as an order, there's no charge. If you do cancel after placing an order, you're responsible only for whatever production work had already been completed.

Are we required to hit a deadline mid-year? Not one that we set. The only deadline that matters is the delivery date your school chooses for itself, which leaves plenty of room to work at your own pace on design and content.

Which design software should we use, and is prior experience necessary? Creator Studio Lite handles the job, and it's built to require neither downloads nor design experience. Everything runs in the browser on a PC, laptop, or tablet, which keeps the learning curve short for staff at every skill level.

Is Canva an option instead of your built-in software? It is. Remember Me integrates with Canva, so schools already comfortable in that tool aren't forced to relearn a new platform just to build their yearbook.

Can several staff members collaborate on the same yearbook project? They can, and simultaneously. Creator Studio Lite runs in the cloud, so your project leader can grant access to multiple authorized users who each work on different pages from their own computers.

Is it possible to change the page count mid-project? Yes, your project leader can add or remove pages at any point, and the price adjusts to match.

How many photos are we allowed to upload? There's no cap. The only limit is practical, narrowing down your best shots before uploading tends to save your team time when it comes to organizing and sorting everything online later.
