Dance & Cheer Yearbook FAQs, Remember Me Yearbooks

Thinking about creating a yearbook for your dance studio or cheer squad with Remember Me? Below are the questions we hear most often from studio owners, coaches, and team parents. If your question isn't covered here, reach out to our team for a personalized answer.

Is this for competitive teams, recreational studios, or both? Both, and everything in between. Whether you're wrapping up a competition season or capturing a year of recitals and practices, Remember Me builds the book around your program, not the other way around.

What's the turnaround time? 15 days or less, start to finish, once your order goes in. No forced deadlines beforehand either. You choose your own delivery date and build the book around your season.

Minimum order size? None. Print for one small studio or a full competitive program, it doesn't matter. Pricing comes down to binding style and page count, not headcount.

How is pricing figured out? Binding style and page count are the two variables. Since every studio's book looks different, we skip flat pricing in favor of a free custom quote built around your project.

Free shipping on bigger orders? Yes, for 75 or more yearbooks ordered through Creator Studio Lite.

Deposit required? Depends how you pay. Credit card at checkout, no deposit. Invoicing instead, we ask for 50% of estimated production costs up front (requested a few weeks before delivery), with the balance due 20 days after your final invoice.

Can studios or programs pay by purchase order? Verified organizations can, after account confirmation and a credit check. From there it's net-20 invoicing on the balance.

What if we cancel mid-project? Nothing owed if the project was never submitted as an order. If you cancel after ordering, you'd only cover whatever production work was already done.

Building the Book

Design software, and do we need experience? Creator Studio Lite, no downloads, no design background needed. Runs in a browser on PC, laptop, or tablet, built for coaches and parent volunteers, not just professional designers.

Can we use Canva instead? Sure can. Remember Me integrates with Canva if that's the tool your team already knows.

Can several coaches or team parents collaborate? Yes, at the same time. Creator Studio Lite is cloud-based, so your project leader adds authorized users who each build different pages from their own devices, handy when you're covering multiple squads or age groups in one book.

Room to add or cut pages once we've started? Plenty. Your project leader can adjust the page count at any point, and pricing shifts accordingly.

Photo upload limits? None to speak of. A competition season generates a lot of shots, so narrowing your favorites before uploading just saves your team time sorting through everything later.

Can the book actually capture what a competition season feels like, routines, costumes, trophies, and all? That's the whole point. These books are built to hold onto the passion, teamwork, and dedication that go into a season, whether it's competition highlights, recital nights, or the everyday practice grind that got your team there. Performers, coaches, and families all end up treasuring the same keepsake.

How much help can we expect along the way? A team member reaches out within one business day of your account request (call us directly for a faster answer), and you'll get a no-commitment quote to lock in pricing. From setup through final proofing, our staff stays involved, and every book prints in-house at our own facilities.

We're with another yearbook company right now. Can you help us move over? We can walk your studio or program through the switch, from account setup to your first delivery, so it doesn't disrupt whatever's already working for your team.
